Frankly Eco asks all customers to read the following carefully before making a purchase. Once you have engaged with our service, we will assume you have read our Terms and you will, therefore, be bound by them, at all times, without exception.
Any reference to ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘we’ refers, at all times, to Frankly Eco. Any reference to ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to our customers and website visitors.
OUR SERVICE
Frankly Eco provides eco-friendly, naturally-derived products for you and bub. We are 100% owned and made in Australia.
Frankly Eco welcomes everyone to use and enjoy our service/s. We do, however, reserve the right to refuse access to those that we deem as having misused our service in any way, in contravention of our Terms and Conditions or otherwise.
We retain the right to make amendments to our service, brand, products or prices, at any time without notice or consequence.
PRE-ORDERS
When placing a pre-order at Frankly Eco, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. Frankly Eco holds no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information.
Pre-orders will require payment in full to secure the goods. By purchasing a pre-order from Frankly Eco, customers acknowledge and agree that their entire order will be dispatched at a later date as specified in our marketing and on the pre-order product page.
Customers will be notified when their order has been dispatched by the email provided at checkout and tracking information will be communicated. If for some reason this dispatch date cannot be met, customers will be notified of the delay via email.
If you choose to for us to Express Post your pre-order, your entire pre-order will be dispatched express from the notified dispatched date. Please note the high volume of orders due to to popularity of this product may cause a delay in our postage and handling.
Frankly Eco reserves the right to change any of these terms at any time. All other terms and conditions within are applicable to pre-sale orders unless otherwise stated.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Frankly Eco products can be purchased through our online store. Customers are welcome to browse our product range and are encouraged to contact us for further information or recommendations.
Once you have selected your chosen products, you will be prompted through our online checkout. You will be required to provide us with certain pieces of personal information, in order to successfully confirm your order. Refusal to provide one or more of the required pieces of information may affect your ability to place an order with Frankly Eco.
Please ensure that all of the personal details you have entered are complete and accurate, particularly your shipping address. We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been shipped, and any errors in shipping address will result in the loss of your order.
Full payment is required at the completion of checkout. If for whatever reason, payment cannot be taken, you are free to make further attempts, however, we cannot provide a guarantee that your desired stock will remain available.
Once payment has cleared, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail, including an order number, which is to be quoted in any customer service correspondence with our Frankly Eco customer service team.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Frankly Eco will always endeavour to package and ship orders the same or next business day. For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to accept any cancellations on orders.
DELIVERY
Frankly Eco knows you cannot wait to receive your products, so we always attempt to get your order to you as soon as possible. We provide free standard postage to Australia on all orders over $75.00 AUD. Any orders under $75.00 AUD will attract a flat rate postage charge of $6.00 AUD. Express postage is available at a flat rate of $15.00 AUD.
All domestic Australian orders place before 12:00PM (AEST) on business days will be shipped the same day or next business day during busy times. Orders placed after 12:00PM (AEST) on business days will be dispatched the following business day. Any orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.
Delivery times may be extended during promotional/sale periods or at busy times of the year such as Christmas holidays. You will receive an email from Australia Post to notify you when your order has been dispatched which includes tracking information.
We use Australia Post postage service for all orders (standard and express). Please allow 3-6 business days after your order has been posted for standard delivery and 2-3 days for express. This timeframe is intended as a guideline only, and orders may take longer at times - particularly if you are located in a regional area. Once posted the delivery of the parcel is the responsibility of or parcel carrier and not Frankly Eco.
We recommend you to direct your order to an address where someone will be available to sign for it during delivery hours. If a mobile number is provided, we offer the customer the choice to provide Australia Post authority to leave the parcel at the property if they are not home or if they would like this delivered to the local post office for collection. This is at your own risk and Frankly Eco cannot be held responsible for any missing parcels.
LOST, DAMAGED OR DELAYED PARCELS
Any delays experienced after your order has been dispatched will need to be followed up with our parcel carrier, Australia Post, direct on 13 76 78. You can track your items following the link provided in your dispatch email or by clicking here.
In the event of a missing or damaged parcel, an investigation will need to be lodged with Australia Post by the customer by calling 13 76 78 and quoting the tracking number provided. It can take up to 10 business days to receive an initial update on the whereabouts of the parcel, status of the investigation and/or resolution (SLA). During this time Frankly Eco cannot be held responsible and therefore offer any replacement or refund (for postage only) until the parcel is located or the investigation is resolved by the parcel being delivered or deemed as 'lost'.
In the event of a parcel being deemed as 'lost' the customer will need to notify Frankly Eco via email at hello@franklyeco.com including the investigation number and proof/confirmation of the 'lost' status from Australia Post. In this instance, a replacement order will be sent via standard postage to the customer. If the customer paid for express postage, Frankly Eco will refund the express postage amount only.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Frankly Eco does not currently offer shipping outside of Australia.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Frankly Eco is only able to accept returns, for refund or exchange, on products that are deemed as faulty or damaged, or on incorrect or incomplete orders.
If any of your products have arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact Frankly Eco directly via e-mail within 24 hours of receiving the goods. We may require corresponding photographs to properly assess your product. If it is declared faulty we will provide a replacement product as soon as possible.
We are unable to provide exchanges or refunds simply for a change of mind. Our friendly team is always available to assist you in selecting the right products for you.
PRODUCT INFORMATION AND SAFETY
Frankly Eco products are for external use only. Please pay close and careful attention to any and all product safety guidelines or instructions that might be on your product label, accompany your order or that are listed on our website in product descriptions. These instructions are important and customers will be responsible for ensuring that products are only used in strict accordance with them.
Frankly Eco will not be responsible for any consequences that may flow from the incorrect or misuse of our products due to non-compliance with our product instructions or recommendations.

PROMOTIONS
Frankly Eco may occasionally run promotional offers for our customers, followers and website subscribers. These may be advertised through our social media accounts or e-mail promotions. Such special offers may include, but are not necessarily limited to: special prices, discount codes, giveaways, competitions, two for one offers, or spend and save offers. Each promotion will run for a limited time only and may have specific conditions or guidelines, which must be fully complied with, without exception, in order to validly redeem the promotion.
Some promotions may require you to share personal information with Frankly Eco. Any information shared in this capacity will be dealt with, at all times, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please refer to this policy for more information. Special or sale prices may only be applicable for certain periods of time.
Discount codes must be entered at checkout, before proceeding to the payment page. No discounts will be applied retroactively. Discounts and offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and postage fees may apply. Online at franklyeco.com only one coupon code can be applied.
Prizes won in promotional giveaways are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Frankly Eco reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time, without consequence.
There will be no rain-checks permitted on any kind of promotion.
Promotions (competitions and giveaways) promoted on our social media accounts, are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and/or Instagram.
All entries are open to residents of Australia only who are aged 18 years and over and have an account on Instagram and/or Facebook, enabling them to submit an entry in accordance with the entry details specified in the promotion post.
Instructions on how to enter each competition or giveaway form part of the conditions of entry as outlined in our Promotion Terms & Conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions.
Frankly Eco will sometimes engage in joint marketing activities, such as giveaways and competitions, with third parties. Frankly Eco is not responsible for the acts or failures to act, wilfully, lawfully or otherwise, of its suppliers, or of any other third party over whom Frankly Eco has no control.
