My child has Eczema. Which product is recommend?
Parents are successfully relieving their child's eczema with our BABY BUM CREAM featuring Melaleuca Oil (a natural anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial). This cream can be applied directly to the affected area to reduce redness and soreness within hours, which is why we've knick named it our 'Wonder Cream'. While it was originally designed to soothe and protect from nappy rash only, it can be used on other areas where skin irritation or rashes appear (including in between bubba's little skin folds and creases). The natural zinc in our BABY BUM CREAM helps to prevent further irritation as it acts as a natural moisture barrier.
Our BABY WASH is a gentle alternative to soaps as it is Aloe Vera based, so it's soothing for inflammatory skin conditions. As too is our all over BABY MOISTURISER. This can be used as a gentle non-greasy alternative to a baby oil.

Is Frankly Eco Organic?
While our products are not entirely organic, each product is made of natural plant based ingredients and majority of the essential oils used in our range are organic. We are in the process of converting to all organic ingredients and cannot wait to announce when we are Certified Organic - stay tuned!
I have sensitive skin, will I react to Frankly Eco products or any ingredients?
We always recommend test patching on your skin prior to use. Please read our ingredient label clearly for any allergies which may irritate your skin before you apply.
Our products are specifically designed to be low fragrant and do not contain any parfums or added fragrances to cater for sensitive skin types.
Does Frankly Eco provide product samples?
We recommend finding a stockist near you to visit in order sample our range as we do not have mini samples of our products.

Where should I store my Frankly Eco products?
All our products are best stored below 30ºC, particularly with the hot summers here in Australia. Ideally, store all products between 5 and 30ºC. Our Nipple Ointment can sometimes be tricky to squeeze out if left in temperatures under 4ºC. Therefore we recommend warming it up in your hot little hands before use if required.
Will you send the invoice to my gift recipient?
Never! We take the stress out of gift buying and rest assured the invoice will not be placed in the gift box. An invoice will only be emailed to you directly as the buyer (your secret is safe with us!).
What are parabens and why can they be harmful?
Parabens are a preservative used in products to prevent bacteria and fungal growth. Studies have linked Parabens to changes in naturally occurring hormones in the human body. Long term use has been associated with infertility and health issues caused by changes in hormones.
Ingredients such as Glyceryl Caprylate and P-anisic Acid (which are plant-based!) are using in our skincare range to prevent the growth of bacteria and fungus.
Can I recycle Frankly Eco containers?
You sure can! In fact, you can recycle all of our packaging. Our postage wrapping is 100% biodegradable while still providing excellent protection for our products in transit. Our boxes are made from renewable resources and can be recycled or reused.
The bottles can be placed into the recycling, but give them a quick rinse before you do. Otherwise, thy can be used as cute little vases around the home or even as bath toys (pouring water over each other is a bath time favourite for many kids!).
Is Frankly Eco Nut Free?
Given the severity of nut allergies, we want to be totally transparent with you all because our range is NOT entirely free from nuts. Each of our products contains at least one or more of the following nuts: Macadamia, Sweet Almond Oil, Coconut Oil & Shea Butter.
We can however confirm our entire range is FREE FROM Sesame Oil, Peanuts, Walnuts, Hazelnuts, Cashews, Pistachios and Brazil Nuts.

Can the BABY BUM CREAM be used with Cloth Nappies?
Our BABY BUM CREAM can absolutely be used with cloth nappies and can even be used on any other dry or red patches to soothe and protect (it reduced redness overnight!) We recommend when using our BABY BUM CREAM with cloth nappies you consider using a liner to prevent residue in the cloth or to make sure you are using the correct wash routine.
